State of Minnesota, MAXIS Welfare System
We performed analysis, design, and project lead responsibilities for the Benefit Issuance, Financial Management, Claims and Recoveries, and Food Stamp Eligibility sub-systems. Our staff led the development of the Food Stamp EBT system (one of the first in the nation).
Territory of the Virgin Islands, CARIBS Welfare System


In 2000, the Department of Human Services (DHS) in the Territory of the Virgin Islands selected us to provide maintenance and operational support for its computerized CARIBS welfare system. The application is a large-scale, interactive, client/server, eligibility and benefit issuance system that provides automated program support at the territory and local office level. Our staff developed the Food Stamp EBT system and Cash Debit system for client issuance.
State of South Dakota, Unified Judicial System


We were responsible for a project to automate the juvenile court cases for The State of South Dakota's Unified Judicial System called the Juvenile Docketing System. The main functions of the system are to record, maintain, track, and protect order data as well as interface with other subsystems and agencies such as probation, state police radio, National Crime Information Center, drivers licensing, accounting, motor vehicle registration, etc.
