PSI Implements Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) for the US Virgin Islands, Department of Human Services St Thomas, US Virgin Islands June 2010, Programming Solutions, Inc. implemented the Energy Crisis Assistance Program (ECAP) for the US Virgin Islands, Department of Human Services. This web-based system, written in JAVA, handles the processing of applications for Electricity and Gas reimbursement requests, determines eligibility and initiates the payment process for these benefits. This case management system is used for the federal LIHEAP initiative.

Brooklyn Park, MN July 1, 2008: Programming Solutions Inc. was awarded and has accepted an Information Technology Professional Service Contract with the State of North Dakota. The scope of services will include agencies, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions of higher education of the State of North Dakota, and other North Dakota government and education entities that are authorized to purchase from contracts established for and by the State may procure information technology services under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Each North Dakota procuring agency is responsible for complying with any laws that regulate its individual purchase authority.
